What are the delivery costs and options?

We offer a few choices for delivery. Our FREE UK deliver is the standard Evri 48 Hour Tracked service.

Do you dispatch orders same day?

Any completed order before 12.00 noon will be dispatched same working day regardless of service used.

If your order is after 12.00 noon we will endeavour to dispatch it same day but cannot guarantee this, in this event they will be dispatched the next working day.

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery is FREE to the UK mainland on all products. This service is normally Royal Mail 2nd Class or Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed For.

We offer upgrades on these services which are offered and calculated at checkout where available.

International services depend on the item and the where, globally, we are posting to. Again, these are calculated at checkout where available.

Can I have my items delivered to another address?

Yes of course. We are more than happy to delivery your items to a neighbour or a works address.

Do I need to be home to sign for delivery?

In most circumstances, no. We dispatch for FREE using Royal Mail 2nd Class within the UK.

Anything larger than A4 in size, 210mm X 297mm – 8.27in X 11.69in will be sent in a tube which may not fit through your letter box.

If your total order value exceeds £20.00 we may upgrade your postage to Royal Mail Signed For to cover insurance. If we do this it is FREE of charge.

You can use your debit/credit card. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express.

You can also pay by Apple Pay, Google Pay and Amazon Pay.

You also have the options of spreading the costs of your payment via Klarna, PayPal Pay Later or Clearpay.

How do I cancel my order?

If you wish to cancel your order, you need to reach out to us immediately after placing your order.

If your order has already been processed by the warehouse, we will be unable to cancel it.

How do I know that my credit card details are secure?

We do not store your credit card details on our website. Upon completing your order and choosing to pay by debit/credit card you will be securely redirected our secure payment gateway, Stripe, who handle all our card payments. Every transaction is encrypted using advanced encryption technology.

What if the print etc are unsuitable?

We offer customers the option of an exchange or refund for orders that are clearly not ‘Made to Order’ or ‘Custom Made’ at the time of purchase providing that we receive them back within 14 days of delivery. Please see our Return Policy or further information.
